Study Trip (15-17 March 2026): International Courts & Institutions, The Hague & Amsterdam

This academic study trip includes visits to the International Criminal Court (ICC) and the Peace Palace in The Hague, offering students the opportunity to engage directly with key institutions at the heart of international criminal and civil justice.

Participants will take part in a formal briefing on the role of international courts and their significance within contemporary international law. The trip also includes time in Amsterdam, allowing students to experience one of Europe’s most historic and vibrant cities.
At a time when international law is under increased global scrutiny, this trip provides a unique opportunity to observe its institutions in practice and deepen academic understanding through first-hand exposure.

Payment for the Trip

The total cost of the trip is £300 for the full three-day programme. Please note that this fee is non-refundable.

Students are responsible for ensuring they hold valid travel documents for the duration of the trip and that they are eligible to travel.

Full payment must be received by the University no later than Monday 2 March at 5:00 pm.
