LETTER OF CONFIRMATION OF AWARD

Provides more detailed information on your award (name, student reference, date of birth, award, classification, award date, awarding body, language of instruction) 

REPLACEMENT DEGREE CERTIFICATE -  If your certificate has been lost, stolen or irretrievably damaged/defaced a replacement can be requested.

ACADEMIC TRANSCRIPT - Lists the titles and marks of the modules you studied in each academic year. It gives your period of registration as a student, your degree date and classification. You may need your transcript for employment, further education, or emigration purposes.

COURSE SYLLABI (subject to availability) - Outlines the courses/modules studied and information on the subjects covered. Please note we are unable to provide syllabi for all courses. If we are not able to provide the full syllabus, we will provide it to you free of charge. 

TRANSCRIPT OF TRAINING (relevant to the College of Nursing, Midwifery and Healthcare only and subject to availability) - A Transcript of Training provides a breakdown of the theory and clinical hours that were completed during your study, and this is a requirement if you are registering to work overseas and have been asked to obtain documentation by the board you are registering with. Once your request has been processed a copy of your transcript will be dispatched directly to the overseas board, as most do not accept transcripts sent by an individual.

CERTIFIED COPIES - Alumni students can provide us with a copy of their transcript and/or certificate and we can stamp and certify that they are true and accurate copies of the original documents.

Ordering replacement award documentation

We use the information supplied by you to process your order promptly and efficiently, so please ensure you select the correct service when placing the order. We cannot be held responsible for any incorrect, incomplete, or false information that may be submitted by you. To ensure customer privacy, every 3 months we delete webform data to comply with GDPR laws. 

Your certificate is a legal document, therefore only one is allowed to be in circulation at any one time. The loss or destruction of a certificate is a serious matter, and a replacement will only be issued at the discretion of the University. The University reserves the right not to issue a replacement or to specify reasons for its decision.

Please note: Documents will not be prepared or issued if you have an outstanding debt with the University.

Method of payment

Payment should only be made once you receive an email confirmation from [email protected] that your documents are ready. Payment can be made online, over the phone by debit/credit card or by bank transfer.

 Online payments

For online payments, the online store option is available Transcripts | University of West London Online Store (uwl.ac.uk). Please make sure you select the correct option for the product you require and the corresponding amount. If the chosen method of payment is by credit or debit card, a contact telephone number and/or email address must be provided. Please note the University does accept American Express. 

 

  • Payments over the phone

Dispatch and delivery of documents

As soon as payment has been made, your documents will be sent to the address or email address you have provided us with when making your order. Documents are posted using the domestic postal system by 2nd class mail or standard international delivery to the address which has been indicated when making the order. For Transcripts of Training requests only, once the request has been processed, a copy of the transcript will be dispatched directly where you have indicated.

We deem delivery to take effect at the point of dispatch. We shall not be held responsible or liable for any event which results from either the delay or the non-delivery of a document. We shall, of course, endeavour to ensure documents reach you. Customers should be aware that items can sometimes be delayed as well as lost in dispatch. We shall not be liable for events beyond our control such as Royal mail postal strikes. In the unlikely event of non-delivery, we shall use our discretion in issuing additional documents at no extra charge to you.

Cancellations and refunds

Unfortunately, NO CANCELLATIONS CAN BE MADE once the order has been submitted and paid for and NO REFUNDS CAN BE GIVEN after the documents have been issued, so please check all details before purchasing.

We may have to refund or cancel your transaction if we are unable to provide you with the documents requested.
